my third order for these neetings, great for my wildlife
I'm a very occasional purchaser from Haverford.
My first purchase was some 15 years ago, the next about 10 years ago and the third was this month. All three transactions shared the same attributes - the goods were delivered promptly, as described and with minimal fuss.

The 3 meter square edged net is fantastic I have placed it in my shed using a couple of hooks and nylon rope I can open it by just sliding it back like a curtain I now use it every day worth the money

It has been exactly what I was hoping for and have already pounded a few hundred balls into the net which has stood up perfectly. Additionally, my son has been hitting baseballs into the net to which works just fine. Thanks again for the outstanding service and quick delivery.
The item is good to use and will be a durable option for our purposes. It will support over 200 flying foxes in our soft release enclosure while they learn to fly and gain strength prior to release in Melbourne's Yarra Bend Park colony.
PS: Only ever use (sell) nets that are wildlife safe i.e.Heavy like this one or small mozzie aperture.

Returning an item
To return an item, please contact us at our customer service team via the email or phone below PRIOR to sending your order back. Make sure to include your order number when contacting staff.

Quatra Sports can provide a full refund for all "stocked" items that have not been used or altered within 1 month of goods being received. This applies to items that HAVE NOT been cut to your specification, such as unopened rolls of netting, clips, turnbuckles or rope. Please be aware that return shipping is at the buyer's expense.
Any item deemed faulty on delivery will be sent replacement parts or replaced. We have a customer-first service mentality, so if you're not happy with your product or service for any reason, please contact us for assistance.
For any items that have been cut "by-the-meter", such as netting, rope, or wire, we will refund 50% of the sale price, assuming the item has not been used or altered. For example, if you purchased 16m of netting by-the-meter but decided not to use it, you could return the netting for a 50% refund. However, if you used 10 of the 16m supplied, you cannot return the excess 6m that you no longer require. Please be aware that return shipping is at the buyer's expense and is limited to within 1 month of goods being received.
For any items that have been made (or altered) to a custom-size, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange except in the case of the product being deemed faulty.
For all returns, the item(s) must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them. Once we receive your returned item(s), we will inspect it to ensure that they are in resalable condition. If the item(s) are in resalable condition, we will issue a refund to the original payment method within 7 business days. Please note that it may take up to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your bank or credit card company.
If you received the incorrect item(s), please contact us immediately. We will cover the cost of shipping the incorrect item(s) back to us. We will issue a replacement as soon as possible to you at no extra cost.
