3m Support Post with Base Stand
What's Included?
This item is for ONE single post and accessories:
- 1 Support Post:3m high, 38mm Steel Tube, finished in gloss black for a sleek finish. The post comes with included heavy duty H-Shaped base plate and a simple 4-piece "Click-Lock" type of assembly.
- Support Wires: 2 Stainless Steel Wires are included to tie down the post.
- Heavy Duty pegs: 1 peg per wire for securing as required.
H-Shaped Base Specs:600mm Wide X 500mm Long
For best results, base plate can be bolted into ground surface. Bolts / screws are NOT included.

Although only sold as a 3m height, please note that individual parts can be removed for use as a 1.1m or 2m height if necessary.
Support Posts:
The posts are made from 38mm Steel Tube, finished in gloss black for a sleek finish. They come in 4 parts, and use a simple "Click-Lock" type of assembly. The posts are finished at the top with a plastic cap, and have a Support-Wire eyelet included.
Support Wires:
The support wires are stainless steel, and are coated in nylon to make them soft to the touch. There are two wires for each post, and they simply attach to the eyelet at the top of each post using the included 316 Grade Stainless Steel Carabiner. The support wires are then taken down to a surrounding surface to ensure the post stability. We include 1 Turf Peg per wire, and they are a VERY HEAVY duty peg designed to hold their position over a long period of time.
Heavy Duty Ground Peg:
The Heavy Duty Ground peg are specifically designed for hard ground to enable the pegs to drive into harder ground than what our competitors can. The key-head design also locks into the ground, preventing the tent peg from spinning. The peg is made from hi-tensile steel and has a unique chisel point in order to ensure that the pegs drives straight when hammered into the ground.

Returning an item
To return an item, please contact us at our customer service team via the email or phone below PRIOR to sending your order back. Make sure to include your order number when contacting staff.

Quatra Sports can provide a full refund for all "stocked" items that have not been used or altered within 1 month of goods being received. This applies to items that HAVE NOT been cut to your specification, such as unopened rolls of netting, clips, turnbuckles or rope. Please be aware that return shipping is at the buyer's expense.
Any item deemed faulty on delivery will be sent replacement parts or replaced. We have a customer-first service mentality, so if you're not happy with your product or service for any reason, please contact us for assistance.
For any items that have been cut "by-the-meter", such as netting, rope, or wire, we will refund 50% of the sale price, assuming the item has not been used or altered. For example, if you purchased 16m of netting by-the-meter but decided not to use it, you could return the netting for a 50% refund. However, if you used 10 of the 16m supplied, you cannot return the excess 6m that you no longer require. Please be aware that return shipping is at the buyer's expense and is limited to within 1 month of goods being received.
For any items that have been made (or altered) to a custom-size, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange except in the case of the product being deemed faulty.
For all returns, the item(s) must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them. Once we receive your returned item(s), we will inspect it to ensure that they are in resalable condition. If the item(s) are in resalable condition, we will issue a refund to the original payment method within 7 business days. Please note that it may take up to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your bank or credit card company.
If you received the incorrect item(s), please contact us immediately. We will cover the cost of shipping the incorrect item(s) back to us. We will issue a replacement as soon as possible to you at no extra cost.
